RB divestment will reunite Scholl brand globally

Private-equity firm Yellow Wood Partners is acquiring the Scholl footcare brand from Reckitt Benckiser (RB) for an undisclosed sum. The deal will reunite Scholl with the Dr. Scholl’s brand after more than 30 years in separate ownership.
