Innovative digital technology is transforming consumer healthcare, and millennials are catalysing this transformation, according to Roberto Funari, executive vice-president of RB's Category Development Organisation. Millennials are going to force brands and industries to change, he warns, and businesses that don't take this on board run the risk of becoming "irrelevant and obsolete very quickly".
