Sanofi and Boehringer sign asset-swap contracts

Boehringer Ingelheim and Sanofi have now signed contracts for their proposed asset swap, including Sanofi’s acquisition of Boehringer Ingelheim’s Consumer Health Care business. The two companies expect to complete the deals by the end of 2016.
