Reckitt Benckiser (RB) has recruited Procter & Gamble’s (P&G’s) Volker Kuhn as chief transformation officer with effect from 1 August 2020. He will be a member of RB’s global executive committee.
The UK-based company said Kuhn would be responsible for “driving productivity, new business solutions, strategy and further growth opportunities”.
Kuhn has been with P&G for 26 years, most recently as vice president Fabric Care Europe. He has also worked on baby care and healthcare products.
He started his career in finance at Deutsche Bank.
Laxman Narasimhan, RB’s chief executive officer, said the transformation function had played a “pivotal role” in helping RB design, launch and implement its new business strategy in February 2020 (click here to read the News story).
