Johnson & Johnson's worldwide OTC sales increased by 2.6% on an operational basis in the fourth quarter of 2017, as sales declined in the US but increased in the rest of the world. The company is taking steps to improve the performance of its Consumer division, which houses the OTC business, after sales improved by just 0.4% on an operational basis.
