GSK is “catching up” in VMS e-commerce

E-commerce accounts for around 7% of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Consumer Healthcare’s total sales, according to chief executive officer Brian McNamara, but the business is “underdeveloped” compared to its industry peers in the vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) category.
