Celesio gets go-ahead for Sainsbury's deal

The UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has given the go-ahead to Celesio's £125 million (US$165 million) acquisition of Sainsbury's pharmacy business, but a number of Celesio's LloydsPharmacy stores will have to be sold.
