Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) wants to "mitigate the risks associated with OTC non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)". The regulatory agency has launched a public consultation on four alternative options, ranging from retaining the status quo to reverse-switching OTC NSAIDs to pharmacist-only status.
